Salient features

Sone Canal System is one of the oldest canal systems in the country. It is in operation since 1874.

The Nasriganj H.E  Project envisages to utilize the existing fall of 4.50 meter on Arrah Branch Canal at 17.2 Km. Main Canal for generation of Hydro Electric Power.

Location: Block – Nasriganj, Distt. – Rohtas (Sasaram)
